Settings -> Notification Access.* To have the bubbles float over your own background -> First set any picture as background -> Then set notification bubbles as your live wallpaper, and it will use your current static wallpaper as background.* If you have imported your contact pictures from Facebook, they might not show in the bubbles.

"Comment Update! After having the app for a month or so i must say i am disappointed. I like the concept but app is not stable. It works off and on. Bubbles stall on occasion, quit working at times, its a shame i was hopeful. Previous rating ....I would qualify as a "reminder app" guru and have tried "many", the problem is I don't check them very often and I push off the alarms. I tried this app several years ago but the bubbles were to small, they have since enlarged them, I now love this App!!! It's not annoying and they are always floating by."
